Cookie Notice

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This Cookie Notice explains how ACLA Development ("ACLA Development") uses cookies and similar technologies on acla-development.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and — where you allow it — help us understand how the site is used.

2. Consent (important under Danish/EU law)

Under the Danish Executive Order on Cookies (Cookiebekendtgørelsen) and the ePrivacy rules, we may only store information on your device — or read information already stored there — after you have given prior, informed consent, unless that storage is strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for.

This site sets no cookies at all. It uses two strictly necessary entries in your browser's session storage, listed below, which are exempt from the consent requirement. That is why you are not asked to accept anything when you arrive. If we add analytics, marketing, chatbot or booking tooling in future, we will introduce a consent banner before any of it loads.

3. What we store and what we don't

Strictly necessary session storagetwo small entries that keep the site working as you navigate it. They are cleared automatically when you close the tab, they are readable only by this site, and they are never sent to us or to anyone else.

We set no cookies, and we embed no third-party tools that could set them. There are no analytics, statistics, advertising or marketing technologies on this site of any kind.

Your language choice is not storedit is carried in the web address itself — Danish at acla-development.com, English at /en, Swedish at /sv, Norwegian at /no — so there is nothing to remember and nothing to store.

4. Browser storage currently in use

There are no cookies to list. We'll update this table whenever we add or remove anything that stores data in your browser.

5. Managing browser storage

You can clear or block site data at any time through your browser settings. Because the two entries above are cleared when you close the tab anyway, blocking them has no lasting effect — at most, the back button may return you to the top of a page rather than to your previous scroll position. Your language choice is unaffected, since it lives in the web address rather than in storage.

6. Changes to this notice

We may update this Cookie Notice as our site and tools change. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
